Sergio Pinon, CEO
Mr. Sergio Pinon is a visionary whose leadership and creativity is backed by over 16 years experience as a brand manager and marketing expert. He is responsible for assuring that eLayaway™ continues to be innovative and growth oriented. He will also work towards fiscal growth that is balanced with the needs of the company as a whole. Mr. Pinon has a well-seasoned ability for strengthening business, marketing and communication strategies. His many years of experience provides him with powerful business insight and an uncanny intuition. Sergio is an expert at evaluating marketing needs and formulating cost effective business solutions.
Since 1988 he has helped companies such as Honda®, Benjamin Moore Paints®, Samsung Electronics®, Traveler’s Insurance®, BankAtlantic®, Blockbuster Entertainment®, Black and Decker®, Chris Craft Boats and Alamo Rent-a-Car® identify and solve critical business and marketing issues. Mr. Pinon served in the United States Air Force before becoming a graduate of American Intercontinental University with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Pinon is also bilingual (English/Spanish).
Matthew Ryncarz, President
As President of eLayaway, Matthew Ryncarz is responsible for making eLayaway™ the most widely used alternative payment processor available on the Internet. He formerly served as President of Operations for Triadium Holdings, LLC. Through that role, he successfully navigated a merger of four group travel brands for Triadium as well as worked directly with the IT department to construct a completely new booking and financial administration system that has played a crucial role in the ongoing success of the company. Before Triadium, Matthew founded and co-owned BooktheDream.com, which was acquired in the Triadium Holdings merger. His duties included system design, sales administration and general operations management.
Matthew began his career as the youngest Regional Sales Manager for the Terminix® International division of Service Master, Inc. He led his sales region to an increase of 34% and created an innovative marketing process that the corporation is still using today. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Biological Sciences.
Thom Park, CFO
Thom Park, Ph.D., brings a wealth of professional experience to the office of CFO. His foundational careers include the military and a lifetime in the sports world as an athlete, coach and administrator. His record includes five bowl game appearances, five team captaincies and many championships as a participant in 16 different sports dating back to 1958. A former college football coach and Division D1A Director of Athletics, Park has 27 years of formal education, three earned degrees, and a quarter century of university teaching. After serving ten years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Armor Officer during Vietnam, Park, left the military and athletics for more graduate education. In 1982, he simultaneously entered the securities industry, becoming a Vice President and Branch Manager at Dean Witter, later, Morgan Stanley. He concurrently taught at Florida State University (1980-2005), rising to the rank of Courtesy Associate Professor in the College of Education where he was named a Distinguished Alumnus. While he led and managed in business, he also had substantial volunteerism duties in the community and government, all while owning and operating long distance an at risk youth outdoor adventure school in Central New York. Nehemiah's Wall, Inc. at The Adirondack Center, under Thom's leadership, has hosted and developed over 50,000 youth clients and many disadvantaged constituents in the Northeast. Park is author of four books and 121 articles in academia and is a nationally known consultant and speaker. Park's prolific career of diversity across the military, coaching, education, business, finance, charity, government, the private sector, entrepreneurialism and the church is a rarity.
Park is assigned at eLayway with the oversight and build-out of the Finance area. His nine figure capital responsibility at Morgan Stanley (1982-2003) and wide experience in the business world will allow the development of this innovative payments service company's Finance Department. Thom and Susan Park have been married for over three decades, have parented three grown children, Bethany, 35, a Kissimmee, Florida 5th grade teacher, Clint, 33, a City President at Regions bank in Atlanta, and Rachel, 23, a Tallahassee cosmetologist, and two grandchildren. Thom is a PCA Elder, PCA Foundation Elder Board member and lifetime member of FCA.
Michael Bilello, SrVP of Strategic Relations
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Relations, Michael Bilello is responsible for driving the day-to-day public relations vehicle of eLayaway, as well as all enterprise level corporate relations. As head of Public Relations, he has helped eLayaway™ garner national attention on shows such as "Money for Breakfast" on Fox Business Channel, "The Big Idea" with Donny Deutsch on CNBC, CNN Money with Fortune Magazine, The Tom Joyner Show, various local CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates in major metropolitan areas, as well as various trade and national print publications.
Working hand-in-hand with eLayaway™ Ambassador Deion Sanders, eLayaway™ continues to seek media opportunities to promote their positive alternative to credit. Previously, Michael served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a I Marine Expeditionary Forces Media Relations officer escorting major international media outlets during the invasion of Iraq and the subsequent ground operations of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His other past experiences include a role as a Senior Account Executive for a major public relations firm in Los Angeles, as well as a Sales and Marketing professional for an international pharmaceutical company. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Political Science and The Defense Information School at Ft. Meade, MD. Michael works out of eLayaway's Tampa Office.
Mike Dumais, SrVP of Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales for eLayaway.com, Mike oversees the rapidly growing Sales Department, supervising Small Business through Enterprise Level sales.
Mike brings 25 years of Retail Sales, Operations and B2B experience with national retailers to eLayaway. Over the course of his career, Mike has overseen top performing sales territories for CompUSA, Service Merchandise and his own businesses. He has introduced innovations to increase efficiency and sales performance, and spearheaded the opening of new markets, client accounts, and store locations.
Some recent accomplishments are developing B2B sales programs (evolving into a $1B organization) after contributing to creation of strategy and devising initiatives to reintroduce Direct Sales to company stores; Maintaining company’s best segment P&Ls in six consecutive years; Opened numerous major hardware, peripherals, printer, application, and maintenance accounts with state agencies and school systems in Florida. Spearheaded innovative new programs like generation of $50,000 in monthly revenues at each of 225 stores by developing “Techie Part” customer support business segment.
Mike attended the University of Southern Maine, and is in the process of relocating to Tallahassee with his wife Elizabeth and their three children Lydia, Nicholas and Alexandria.
Tim Naddy, VP of Finance
Tim Naddy has eight years of public accounting experience, five of which were spent at national accounting firms, in providing audit and accounting services to clients in a wide range of regulated industries including: insurance (life, P&C, intermediaries), government, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and financial services/mutual funds. He is a Certified Public Accountant as regulated by the state of Florida and has obtained the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner, with which he is helping to develop eLayaway into an organization with aspirations for SOX compliance. Academically speaking, Tim earned both Bachelor and Master degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida and is currently a PhD candidate for a Doctorate in Business Administration from Apollos University.
Joe Martinez, VP of Technology
Joe Martinez is responsible for the technology that powers the eLayaway platform. Joe has extensive experience in development, service delivery and support of high traffic web sites.
After graduating from Florida State University, Joe began consulting for many large corporate clients including the State of Florida. He later took a position with the State of Florida as the director of the state's official portal -- MyFlorida.com. At MyFlorida, Joe eliminated over 300K in recurring licensing expense by doing a complete rewrite of the MyFlorida platform, which is still in operation today.
Also while at MyFlorida, Joe served as a consultant on many high publicity projects like the PeopleFirst statewide HR system. Joe developed Governor Bush's web infrastructure and Governor Crist's transition site and current web site.
Joe is an avid technology enthusiast, active in the open source community. He's served as technical review on several I.T. books as well as numerous publications. His hobbies include writing about himself in the third person and making perfect strangers cry via XBox Live.
Philip Rubin-Streit, VP of Analytics
As a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida, Mathematics program, Philip Rubin-Streit has hit the ground running by using his mathematics, analytical, technical and business skills to help guide eLayaway’s explosive development. As the first Finance Director in the company’s history and now as the leading executive responsible for employing cutting edge analytics technology, Philip has helped eLayaway solidify and build its internal finance infrastructure and analytics architecture.
With one foot firmly established in Generation Y and the other in the emerging cultural movement of responsible personal finance, Philip brings to eLayaway both personal and professional assets that will help ensure the company’s success. He has extensive experience in banking and technology support and is engaged in numerous community organizations and activities.
Darrell Wills, Chief Negotiating Officer
Darrell Wills brings extraordinary and varied professional experience along with a powerful work philosophy to eLayaway. As Chief Negotiating Officer for eLayaway.com, he oversees the development and finalization of contracts with Enterprise Level corporations.
Darrell has always worked from a strong dedication to excellence, evidenced by his impressive professional successes. As a varsity Track & Field athlete at Florida State University, he set- and continues to hold- the school record for the high jump. He went on to train and compete a World Class Track & Field Athlete and a member of the United States Track & Field Team. At the conclusion of his career as a professional athlete, Darrell became an NFL and NBA sports agent and worked for 10 years with both the number one and the second largest sports agencies in the world. Comfortable in the competitive industry, Darrell achieved responsibility for managing the recruitment of athletes from all of the schools in the South East, negotiated contracts and marketing deals for some of the top players in the NFL, and represented clients including a Heisman Trophy Winner, an NFL Rookie of the Year, and numerous first rounders.
In addition to his roles at eLayaway, Darrell currently owns the Marquee Realty Group and is one of the top 3% of realtors in Tallahassee. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University and lives in Tallahassee with his wife of 14 years, Angela Wills.
Deion Sanders, Ambassador
Deion Sanders, aka "Primetime", born in Fort Myers, Florida, is a former National Football League cornerback, Major League Baseball outfielder, and is currently an NFL Network commentator and Ambassador for eLayaway.com.
In the National Football League, he played for the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens, winning the Super Bowl with the 49ers and Cowboys. In Major League Baseball, he played for the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco Giants. He attended Florida State University where he excelled in football, baseball and track.
Sanders is considered one of the greatest and most versatile athletes in recent American sports history. He also stars in the number one rated reality series Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love on the Oxygen Network.
